I had really bad jaw and ear pain for 9 months. Sometimes I couldn't open my jaw all the way. Dr. Patel fitted me for my appliance. The pain was much better within 1 week and I can open my jaw now.

When i first came in I was stuck in a closed lock and only able to open my mouth 21mm. I was scared as it was my first time experiencing it. Through a very thorough exam, xray, and scan, Dr. Patel diagnosed me with TMJ. All staff were very accommodating with my fears and any questions or concerns that I had, After receiving my repositioning splint and wearing it, I was slowly able to regain the ability to open my mouth. While i dont have the same range of motion as I did before the lock, I am able to open to 47mm. This would not have happened without Dr. Patel and his wonderful staff. Thank You

I'm writing this letter to let you know that I feel so fortunate to have found you. I have been suffering severe ear pains related to my TMJ for more than a year. I have seen many doctors and dentists with various areas of specialties in the effort to find a cure. I have gone through pain and trouble of varying misdiagnosis of the source of my problem. I have to go through many medical and dental procedures to rule out many possible cause of my pain including MS and brain tumor.

In one of my diagnosis, I met Dr. Deweirdt who referred me to your clinic. I also met another former patient of yours who gave me a good feedback.

When I finally went to your clinic and you created an oral orthotic, the relief that I felt was tremendous. The combination of your orthotic adjustments, physical therapy and chiropractic back alignment made me feel great.

Lately, I have been enjoying my life. I recently went on a nice long vacation without feeling any pain. The occasional mild pain that I sometimes feel is now easier to manage and doesn't last long.

I came in with horrible pain; headaches, facial pain, and shoulder tenderness. A lot which prevented me from being able to sleep. This had been going on for about 10 years. On the first appointment Dr. Patel took the time to explain everything, the cause and the anatomy behind the disorders. After about six days my pain in my jaw is almost totally gone. My migraines also miraculously went away after just five days of wearing the TMT appliance I’m so thankful to Dr. Patel for helping me and making my pain almost go completely away in just one week.
